Amsterdam Bir\u00f2 drivers can apply for a city-wide parking permit.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;25px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1589491306323{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>City-wide parking permit trial<\/strong><br \/>\nIn line with its Clean Air Action Plan (Actieplan Schone Lucht 2030), the City of Amsterdam wants to switch to fully electric transport by 2030. They are therefore trying to make electric vehicles more attractive. As part of that effort, the City of Amsterdam is starting a trial in which you can apply for a temporary citywide parking permit for your electric Bir\u00f2. This trial will last until at least 1 July 2022.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1595425028208{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]With the permit, you can park anywhere in Amsterdam at a discount of 50 per cent compared with the cost of other city-wide permits. At current rates, the Bir\u00f2 permit will cost \u20ac224.75 per six months.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1595424986655{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]You can apply for a city-wide parking permit for any Bir\u00f2 you bought before 1 May 2020. It does not matter if you also hold other parking permits.\u00a0If you bought your Bir\u00f2(s) on or after 1 May 2020, you can apply for a maximum of one Bir\u00f2 permit per address. This will not affect parking permits for other vehicles.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1589491463301{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]The number of permits available is limited. We will process applications in order of receipt.
